Microsoft Delve helps you manage your Microsoft 365 profile, and discover, organize, and access information that’s most likely to be useful to you right now across Microsoft 365. You’ll only see documents you already have access to in Delve, because it never changes any permissions.
Delve is available to Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Enterprise customers. To open Delve, go to https://delve.office.com.
The Delve dashboard displays relevant content such as your most recent documents, as well as recent documents of your colleagues that you collaborate with the most. Below are some of our favorite Delve features.
- Create, Access, & Share Boards – Open the card you want to add to the board, look for a board icon at the bottom left, and click on it. This will open a dialog box. Look for a textbox called “Add to board” and start typing the name of the board. If it’s already existing, the board will come up as you type, and you can choose the one you want. On the other hand, if you want to create a new board, continue to enter the board name, and a new one will be automatically created for you.
- Access Documents Created by Co-Workers – Click someone’s name or picture anywhere in Delve to see documents they are working on or learn more about them.
