Spotlight on Fulcrum Employees…Tyson Rasanen and Ken Beard

October 25th, 2013

The Fulcrum Group is growing, and there’s no better time to shine the spotlight on some of our newest team members.

Above all, one of Tyson Rasanen’s defining qualities is his genuine eagerness to help people. We’re fortunate to have Tyson operating as our Renewals Specialist, helping customers track and keep up to date on their contracts and subscription renewals, purchasing issues and just lending a helpful hand or good advice whenever needed. Not shy about sharing information on his Asperger’s Syndrome, Tyson’s outside interests range from mastering most any video game to assembly programming to constructing and maintaining his own server and network infrastructure…just for kicks. Tyson’s favorite color, orange, represents energy and openness and that’s a great summation of what “Mister Orange,” as he’s known around the office, represents.

Ken Beard, aka “Inspector” brings qualities his nickname indicates – patience and curiosity – straight to our customers as The Fulcrum Group’s Senior Consulting Engineer. With those kinds of assets, it’s no surprise that troubleshooting technology issues, he says, is one of the more motivating aspects of his day. With school and outside efforts to continually keep on top of his certifications, Ken – a longtime player himself – maintains time in his schedule to coach Junior Girls Volleyball.
