Create a support ticket
Our Service Desk Hours of Operation are Mon-Fri 6am to 6pm CST, excluding holidays. Contact us via Email, Phone, or Client Portal.
Open a Ticket by Email
This will create a ticket with MEDIUM priority. Expect a response that the ticket has been received within 1 business hour, and resolution within 1 business day.
Open a Ticket by Phone
Our average hold time for Phone Support Requests is 3 minutes. During peak periods, hold times may be higher.
Client Portal
Our average hold time for Phone Support Requests is 3 minutes. During peak periods, hold times may be higher.
