Fulcrum Partner Referral Form

This form is to document when a Fulcrum Group Strategic Partner wants to provide a referral for Managed IT Services, IT Outsourcing, IT Projects, or Cybersecurity Services. See below for eligibility.

For new referral opportunities, the prospect must sign their contract within 9 months of the opportunity being identified. 

SPIFF Amounts

IT Product, Services, and Project Opportunities

Measured as total amount of opportunities closed and invoiced in a month per Strategic Partner

  • $50 for total opportunities invoiced in a calendar month $2,500 – $5,000
  • $100 for total opportunities invoiced in a calendar month $5,001 – $10,000
  • $200 for total opportunities invoiced in a calendar month $10,001 – $15,000
  • $300for total opportunities invoiced in a calendar month $15,001 – $20,000
  • $400 for total opportunities invoiced in a calendar month $20,001 or higher

SPOT Managed Services or SPOT Shield Managed Cybersecurity (Net New Clients, not already in Fulcrum prospect database)

  • Up to $2500/mo = $250 one-time SPIFF
  • $2501 to $5000/mo = $750 one-time SPIFF
  • $5001 to $10,000/mo = $1500 one-time SPIFF
  • Over $10,000/mo = $3000 one-time SPIFF

Must be 2 year term to receive full SPIFF amount from above. Less than 1 yr = 25% of above SPIFF, 1 yr to 17 mo = 50%, 18 mo to 23 mo = 75%.
