|Fulcrum Group STAR Power |
Here at The Fulcrum Group, we are focused on continual improvement in all facets of our business – service delivery, sales, and operations. Our recent improvement efforts have centered around improvements in our SPOT Managed IT Services service delivery. Our goal – deliver better results to our clients.
When we began the process, we looked at several areas of improvement – we wanted to impact our clients at the business level, not just their technology; it needed to be ingrained in our culture, and it needs to be based on REPEATABLE processes.
Thus was born Fulcrum Group’s STAR Power. STAR Power is a combination of our Proactive Services and Fractional CIO delivering Standards – Technical Alignment – and Review. This provides a major business impact to our clients, and assures that Standards are followed and Technology is aligned to the business goals through regular Quarterly Strategy Reviews.
Your Proactive Services Engineer will complete a regularly scheduled STAR Review. Your Fractional CIO analyzes the results of the STAR Review, and makes sure Standards are being followed and Technology is aligned to the business goals through Quarterly Strategy Reviews.
If you’re a SPOT Managed IT Services client, you’ve probably already seen STAR Power being implemented for your business. And if you’re not a SPOT Managed IT Services client, now is the perfect time to become one! Call us at 817.337.0300 today!

More Than Tech Tips: Tech Support Fraud Alert
There is no end to the ways Internet criminals will try to infiltrate security measures. According to this recent security alert from the FBI, criminals may pose as a security, customer, or technical support representative offering to resolve such issues as a compromised e-mail or bank account, a virus on a computer, or to assist with a software license renewal. Some recent complaints involve criminals posing as technical support representatives for GPS, printer, or cable companies, or support for virtual currency exchangers.
If you ever get a call from a Fulcrum team member you don’t recognize, or weren’t anticipating, feel free to ask if you can call us back at our tech support number, 817.898.1277. Please share our blog that features the recent announcement with a colleague.
