The deadline for the 2015 attestation year is Friday March 11th, 2016. Failure to attest will result in the MU incentives not being awarded to the provider and a reduction of 2-3% for all Medicare payments to the provider in 2017. The first measure that each provider has to attest to is:  Protect Patient Health Information, or in other words – Conduct a Security Risk Assessment(SRA).
